# v13 Release Notes

This build extends v12 with operational screens and accounting workflow improvements.

## Highlights

- Roles and permissions can now be managed from Admin.
- Users can now be created and linked to customer/courier profiles.
- COD settlement creation now has a practical UI flow.
- Invoices can be generated from COD settlements.
- Invoice print page is ready for browser print/save-as-PDF.
- Shipment CSV import template can be downloaded from Admin.

## Warnings

Do not treat this as production-final. It still needs staging deployment, QA, accountant review, and old-system feature-by-feature comparison.
